Modern hotel in a fantastic area very close to the restaurant as well as the outskirts of Faenza. Local food selection. Very good service offered, reasonably large room with tidy furniture, single beds, as for instance.

location: the hotel was so close to the outskirts of faenza, the centre of town and faenza. there were a lot of restaurants to eat, like pizza casa del borgo that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The go-to spot around here. A simple place with friendly staff and Wi-Fi that won't cost you a penny! 🌟

Hotel staff were very friendly. English speaking. Very helpful indeed. Rooms were adequate, clean, 'Klima that worked !' Shower was a little on the small side but bathroom itself clean and good size. Towels and laundry seemed new. Good sized Parking area with no problems to access. You would need a car to get into the town itself. 10 mins from the A14. Good selection of food and quality good, although i thought just a little expensive.

Some of the area's may'be could do with a little refurb, but on the whole it's ok

It is impossible that the hotal has 4 strats...maybe in the 70s. Old furniture, small windows, very bad breakfast.

The hotel staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The jacuzzi in the garden area was a great addition, allowing us to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
